MONTHLY UNDR8D DREAMER HOODIE GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States.
  • Must be 18+ years old to enter.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

  • This giveaway is sponsored by Underr8ted Collective ("Sponsor").

3. How to Enter

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

    • Paid Entry: Purchase a $5 Entry here: ENTER. Each $5 purchase counts as one (1) entry. Entrants may purchase multiple entries.
    • Free Entry: Follow @Underr8ted_Collective on Instagram, post a story tagging @Underr8ted_Collective, and DM a screenshot of the story to our Instagram or the #giveaway channel in our Discord. Each verified free entry counts as one (1) entry, equal in weight to a paid $5 entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per month.
    • A valid Discord username must be provided (at checkout for paid entries, or in your DM for free entries) to be eligible to win.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive one (1) Underr8ted Dreamer Hoodie, size of their choice (subject to availability).
  • Approximate retail value: $90.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable; no cash equivalent will be given.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on the 15th of every month.
  • The winner will be announced in the Underr8ted Collective Discord server and notified directly via Discord DM.
  • The winner will also be announced on @Underr8ted_Collective on Instagram.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

6. Shipping

  • The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner within 5 business days of confirmation.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

7. Odds

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received that month.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, participants release Underr8ted Collective from any responsibility for losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation or prize acceptance.

9. Rights Granted by Entrant

  • By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, likeness, Discord username, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States.
